1. INFORMATION FOR USERS

Ignacio Fernández Gaspar (Marketing al Punto) is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and informs them that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
Purpose of the Processing
The data will be processed to maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The intended operations for processing include:
- Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact forms available on the Marketing al Punto website.
- Conducting market studies and statistical analyses.
- Sending advertising and commercial communications via email or any other electronic or physical means, present or future. These communications will be carried out by Marketing al Punto and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers, with whom it has reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
Legitimacy of the Processing
The processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- By the legitimate interest of Marketing al Punto: processing orders, requests, etc., at the request of the User and conducting market studies, statistical analyses, etc.
- With the consent of the user: sending commercial communications.
Duration of the Processing
Personal data will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or as required by legal obligations. Once no longer needed, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or total destruction.
Communication of Personal Data
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen unless necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers, with whom Marketing al Punto has confidentiality agreements required by current privacy regulations.
Rights

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to attend to their request by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to Marketing to the Point is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, Marketing to the Point is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility. Marketing to the Point guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise these rights.
